Lardons - crispy
Diced onions - cooked with Lardons
Sliced cooked potato
Puff pastry

Lardons/Onions on cheese
Potato slices on top

Wrap in puff pastry. Brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
