Cranberry Millionaire Salad
By sjhelling
You can certainly use a store bought whole berry cranberry sauce in place of the homemade version (in step one of this recipe) but the homemade version tastes about 10000x better. It has more of a fresh tart flavor and it’s not as sweet as the store bought variety. Not only that, it’s SO easy to make… just a 3 items in a pot and let it boil 10 minutes. Don’t worry too much if your cranberry sauce seems a little runny, it thickens as it cools.
