My mom gave me this recipe years ago and I had lost it.. just refound it on FB and love it .. very easy and everyone loves it.

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar
40 salted soda crackers
2 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup roasted nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cook butter and brown sugar. Bring to slow boil for 3 minutes. Pour over soda crackers in a foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Put chocolate chips on top and cover with foil for 5 minutes. Spread chocolate chips across top and sprinkle nuts on top.

Most of the time I used toasted slivered or sliced almonds. Have done with both milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Both are AMAZING.
