Chewy Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Margarine
• 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Water
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 1 1/2 cup Flour
• 1/3 cup Cocoa
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375.

In lare bowl beat margarine, sugar and water until well blended.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
Gradually add flour mixture to margarine/sugar mixture.
Beat on low just until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 7-9 mins or until set.
Cookies will appear soft and moist.
DO NOT OVER BAKE.
Cool 2 min on cookie sheet.
Remove to cooling racks to completely cool.
