  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

IN large bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk, eggs, salt. Stir until combined.

Melt butter in pan (ovenproof 10" skillet).

Pour batter into pan and bake for 30 minutes (until edges have risen and are golden brown and center is set).

Remove from oven and dust with confectioners' sugar.

Serve with lemon or fresh fruit.
