Pear-Cinnamon Cake from Mish Mag

Ingredients

• 3 3 3 pears,peeled and chunked
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 Tbs cinnamon
• DOUGH
• 2 2 2 cups flour
• 1 1 1 cup marg
• 3 3 3 eggs
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 1 1 Tbs baking powder
• 1/2 1/2 cup sugar in a large frying pan until it turns a very clear caramel color.Add the pears and cinn and mix for a few min. If large chunks of sugar have formed,dont worry they'll dissolve during the cooking process. Let cool.
