Jen's Chili
If we don't have 46 oz of tomato juice - use 2 small cans of juice and supplement with chicken stock. May need to add cinnamon or up to 5 TB sugar for tartness

Ingredients
- 2 lb meat
- 1 yellow or white onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can diced green chiles with sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 4 teaspoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 46-oz. can tomato juice
- 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 15-oz. can tomato sauce
- 16-oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 16-oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

cook onion, green pepper, garlic, chiles until tender. Add spices. Combine everything in crock pot.
