  • 1/4 TSP salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • SAUCE
  • 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 TBS sour cream
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 2 2

Preparation

Step 1

CRUSH CRACKERS. POUR THE MILK CHEESE AND CRACKER CRUMBS INTO SEPARATE BOWL!!!! SEPARATE BOWLS.
TOSS THE SALT AND PEPPER INTO HE CRACKER MIX
DIP EACH PIECE OF CHICKEN INTO THE MILK THEN CHEESE. PRESS THE CHEESE INTO THE CHICKEN WITH FINGERS. THEN PRESS INTO THE CRACKER MIX.

PUT IN GREASED 9 x 13 PAN SPRINKLE THE DRIED PARSLEY OVER THE CHICKEN.
COVER PAN WITH FOIL AND BAKE 400 DEGREES UNTIL EDGES OF CHICKEN ARE GOLDEN BROWN. UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE.

IN MED SAUCE PAN COMBINE SAUCE MIXTURE AND SERVE OVER CHICKEN.
