Ingredients
- 8 oz. fresh oysters, drained, chopped, and reserve liquid
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. herbed stuffing
- 2 c. cornbread stuffing
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1-1 1/2 T. poultry seasoning

Step 1
Saute celery, onions & oysters in butter until tender. Combine in large bowl. Add stuffing mix & seasonings. Slowly add broth & oyster liquid to moisten. Place in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake covered 25-30 minutes @ 350˚.
