Ingredients
- 4-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound chopped milk chocolate bar
- 1 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 7 ounce marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Line a 13x9x2 baking pan with foil; extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil; set aside.
Butter sides of heavy saucepan. In saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat to medium, continue cooking and stirring for 10 minutes.
Remove pan from heat. Add chocolate bar; chocolate pieces, marshmallow creme; pecans and the vanilla. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is combined. Beat by hand for 5 to 5 minutes or until mixture starts to become thicker.
Immediately pour fudge in prepared pan; shake pan gently to spread fudge to edges of the pan. Cover, chill for 2-3 hours or until firm. Cut fudge. Store, tightly covered.
