- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

1. Preheat a nonstick skillet or
over medium heat. Coat the pan with oil
2. Combine the eggs, buttermilk, butter,
electric mixer
to blend the ingredients.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend with a mixer until smooth.
4. Pour the batter in
the pancakes. They should be brown. This will take from 1 to 3 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
