Favorite Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef or venison
• 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
• 3 tbs onion flakes
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 6 Saltine crackers, finely ground

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well and pack into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Drain well.
