  • 1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.),cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, sliced
  • 2 cans (10 oz. each) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
  • 1 plum tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 2 green onions,chopped

Step 1

TOSS meat with dressing in medium bowl. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and dressing, in batches; cook 1 min. 30 sec. or until browned. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD jalapeños to skillet; cook 30 sec. Add diced tomatoes and chiles; cook 30 sec. Stir in meat; cook 1 min. or until done.

TOP meat with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with plum tomatoes and onions just before serving.
