Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 5-6 Potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Bacon bits
- 1 Onion, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Pour dressing over chicken in shallow dish. Refrigerate 3o min. to marinate.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Fry potatoes and onions in saucepan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle bacon bits over potatoes and mix lightly.
Spoon into 13x9 baking dish.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Place chicken over potato mixture.
Bake 50-60 mins or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done.
Top with cheese.
