Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- Pinch Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Eggs, separated
- 1 Apple (peeled and sliced)

Step 1
***Lightly pre-cook apple in butter and cinnamon sugar.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
Add milk, oil and egg yolks. Beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip egg whites to the stiff peak stage.
Fold egg white mixture into the batter.
In a non-stick pan, add oil and heat to medium.
Pour in half the batter and place half the sliced apples on top of the batter.
Fry until golden brown and turn and cook on the other side.
Serve with syrup or cinnamon sugar.
