Ingredients
- Spiced Pumpkin: 2 cups heavy cream, half and half, or dairy or nondairy milk
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Chocolate: Omit pumpkin and spice. Add 3 Tbsps chocolate-flavored syrup
- Amaretto: Omit pumpkin, spice, and vanilla. Add 1 tsp almond extract and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
- Caramel: Omit pumpkin, spice and vanilla. Add 1/4 cup caramel-flavored ice cream topping.
- French Vanilla: Omit pumpkin and spice. Substitute 2 tsps vanilla bean paste for the vanilla.
- Hazelnut: Omit pumpkin, spice and vanilla. Add 2 tsps hazelnut extract.

Preparation
Step 1
In a 1quart canning jar combine all of the ingredients. Seal. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving.
