Simple Chicken Salad

I make this with leftover grilled chicken breast. It can be dressed up by adding some or all of the optional ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast (2 medium)
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (may need to add more)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (may need to add more)
- 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard or to taste
- pinch of curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional
- 1/2 cup quartered red or green grapes
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (I prefer toasted)
