Ingredients

  • 1/2 c melted oleo
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c sifted powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c softened oleo
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-20 oz can crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 4 medium bananas - sliced (3 cups)
  • 1-8 oz carton frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans
  • 1-4 oz jar cherries drained (1/3 cup)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine melted butter & crumbs. Pat in bottom of 13x9x2 pan.
Beat eggs at high speed until light & fluffy (approx 4 min).
Add sugar, butter & vanilla.
Beat 5 minutes.
Spread over crumbs - chill 30 minutes
Spread well-drained pineapple over mixture.
Arrange bananas over pineapple.
Cover with thawed whipped topping.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
