tube (18 oz. ) refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
c chocolate chips
pkg. (8 oz. ) cream cheese, softened
c creamy peanut butter
c brown sugar
c chopped peanut butter cups
Press cookie dough onto a 14" baking stone or pizza pan Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chocolate chips as soon as it is removed from the oven and let stand 4-5 minutes. Spread melted chips over cookie crust. Let stand until chocolate is set. You can refrigerate for 15 minutes to speed the process. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. Chill until serving, refrigerate leftovers.
