- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Seasoning
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Coat the chicken in the chicken seasoning. Dip the chicken in the egg and roll it in the bread crumbs. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken in the hot oil until the outside is golden brown and the meat is cooked through. Serve with your favorite German side dish
