- 1 lb chicken
- 1/2 lime
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 onion

Spray covered cooker w/ pam or olive oil. Or, use slow cooker. Spread peppers and onion on bottom, lay chicken on top of veggies. Using garlic press, or chopped garlic, top chicken w/ two cloves, garlic. Squeeze lime juice over chicken. Sprinkle w/ southwest seasoning mix or taco powder packet.
Cover and cook in oven til chicken is done; 45 mins? Or, on low in slow cooker for 5 hours. Chop w/ salad choppers or kitchen shears.
Serve on warm tortilla wraps and serve w/ shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream.
