  • 5 lb kale or 7-8 frozen choppped kale
  • 3-4 pinklewurst
  • 1 smoked tenderloin
  • 1 small piece pork
  • 1 large onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a large pot please the kale. If using frozen keep turning until it defrosts. Must add water. Cook on low flame. It should simmer. Cut up the onion ( fine). Add onion to kale and salt and pepper. Place tenderloin into kale. Place pork in with kale. Cook for 1 hour. Turn the meat in the kale now and add 1 . Turn the pinklewurst after 20 minutes and continue to cook for 45 minutes. In another pot cook the rest of the pinklewurst on simmer ( must not boil) for at least 45 to 1 hour more.
Total cooking time for kale about 1-1/2 to 2 hours
