Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake until firm in center, about 20-30 minutes.
