Cinnamon Logs

Ingredients

• 12-13 slices of sandwich bread
• 1 stick margerine
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (room temp)
• 3/4 cups sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon mixed

Preparation

Step 1

Cut off crust
Flatten with rolling pin
Spread with cream cheese
Roll up into log - do this until cream cheese is gone
Roll each in margerine
Roll each in cinnamon sugar mixture

Chill until firm
Slice logs and broil for a couple of minutes until bubbly.
Serve Hot

Can make in advance and freeze
Slice just before broiling
