Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup raw grated carrots
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until blended. Bake in greased muffin tins at 375° for 15-18 minutes.
Double recipe for a cake.
