Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
10 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.

BAKE 40 min. or until done (160°F).

SPREAD meatloaf with ketchup. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
