Salmon trout on creamy spinach

- 2 2 2 filets of salmon or trout
- 1 1 1 packet of Knorr Lachs auf Blattspinat
- 8 8 8 oz of frozen spinach (defrosted)
- 1 1 35% cup of 35% cream

Preparation
Step 1
Defrost leaf spinach ,squeeze out excess liquid and line the bottom of a casserole dish with the spinach. Place the salmon filets (about 8 oz) onto spinach.
Mix contents of package with of cream and let stand for one minute.
Pour sauce evenly onto salmon and spinach.
Bake in preheated oven at 390F for about 30 minutes.
