Ingredients
- 1 quart blueberries
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 fully baked pie shell

Step 1
Cook 1 cup of blueberries with cornstarch, sugar, water, and salt until clear and thick. Add butter and remaining berries. Let cool a little before pouring into pie shell. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
