- 1 lb. tenderloin tips
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 4 shallots (cloves) finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. worcestershire
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. fresh chives
- 1/4 cup brandy
- salt
- pepper
- butter

Add more butter to pan juices. Cook shallots and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients.
