- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 apple, peeled and chopped

Step 1
In a blender, whirl apple juice, low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt, ice cubes, cinnamon, and apple, peeled and chopped. Blend on high. Pour into a glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
