Ingredients
- Mango Yogurt Smoothie
- Makes 1 to 2 servings, depending on portion size
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into a few chunks
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
- 1 cup whole-milk yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Pinch of cardamom (optional)
- Mint, to garnish

Step 1
Mango Yogurt Smoothie
Makes 1 to 2 servings, depending on portion size
Blend all ingredients except for the mint in a blender until very smooth and frothy. Taste and add sweetener if desired (I don't). Garnish with mint and drink immediately while still very cold!
