Ingredients
- 1-12oz. pkg. Butterscotch morsels
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 2- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*.
Combine over hot water butterscotch chips & butter. Heat until melted & smooth. Transfer to large bowl; stir in graham cracker crumbs & nuts with fork until mixture forms small crumbs. Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture for topping.
Press remaining mixture into 15"x10" ungreased pan. Bake at 350* for 12 minutes.
In large bowl, combine cream cheese & sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Blend in flour & lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Cool completely; cut into 2"x1" bars. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
