  • 2 medium potatoes cut in 16 pcs.
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
