Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 lbs. total)
- 1 pound red potatoes, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package (1 oz.) ranch dip mix
- 1/2 cup torn fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
On baking sheet, toss first 4 ingredients. Arrange in an even layer; season. Roast at 450 degrees until chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients.
