Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3-4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, yeast and warm water in mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and knead until smooth and soft.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide into 4 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a rectangle with a rolling pin. Starting at the long edge roll into a tight loaf. Repeat with remaining dough.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet and let rise 45 minutes.
Bake 18 minutes at 380-400F until lightly browned.
Let cool on a wire rack.
