Ingredients
- 1/4 cup each extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice
- 2 tbsp each honey and Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 each tsp salt and black pepper
- 3 sliced mixed pears (red and green)
- 2 bunches roughly chopped watercress
- 4 sliced celery ribs
- 1 thinly sliced small shallot

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk 1/4 cup each extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice, 2 tbsp each honey and Greek yogurt, 2 tsp poppy seeds and 1/4 each tsp salt and black pepper.
In a large bowl, toss 3 sliced mixed pears (red and green), 2 bunches roughly chopped watercress, 4 sliced celery ribs, 1 thinly sliced small shallot, 1/2 cup dressing and 1/2 tsp salt. Serve remaining dressing on the side.
