Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. boneless beef brisket
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°
Sprinkle beef with salt. Place in ungreased 9x13x2" baking dish. Mix remaining and pour over beef. Cover and cook until beef is tender, 2 hours.
