Ingredients
- 20-25 large scallops (about 3 pounds)
- 5 tbl olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbl lemon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Pat dry each scallop and lay on a tray
Sprikle on some olive oil, coating on all sides
Season with salt, pepper and lemon pepper (covering all sides)
Refrigerate until ready to cook
Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side - serve immediately
