Ingredients
- Soft Vanilla Cookie Tart:
- 2 Tbsp Margarine
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Mocha Ice Cream with Chocolate Flecks:
- 16 oz Pareve Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Confectioners' Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Coffee Granules, diluted in
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Coffee Liqueur
- 3 oz Chocolate, grated
- Amaretto Laced Caramel Sauce:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 4 Tbsp Amaretto (I used bourbon)
- 3/4 cup Pareve Whipping Cream

Step 1
Prepare the cookie tart:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat margarine with sugars until combined. Scrape the sides occasionally. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients. Grease a 9" springform pan. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
