Tina Jalapina Dip
Creamy jalapeño dip
- 2 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4oz can green chilies
- 4oz can jalapeños diced
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixer, blend until smooth
spread dip into greased casserole dish
in a bowl combine panko bread crumbs and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and melted butter.
sprinkle mixture evenly over the dipshit and bake in pre-heated 375° oven for 20 minutes until the top is browned and bubbling around the edges.
