• 6 Hard boiled eggs/halved
• 1/4 C mayo
• 2 Tbs grated parmesan
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp minced garlic
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Mix yolk and all other ingredients until well blended, then spoon into egg whites and top with shaved parmesan.
