Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 T. water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups pecans, grated
  • Additional powdered sugar for rolling

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, add sugar vanilla and water. Add flour, salt and nuts. Chill for 1 hour. Form small rolls, about finger size. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
