Ingredients
- 3 c. coleslaw mix
- 1/4 c. sliced radishes
- 8 thin slices red bell pepper
- 8 fresh snow peas
- 1/4 c drained mandarin oranges
- 1/2 c. roasted chicken shredded
- .....
- 1/4 c Asian dressing
- .....
- 1 egg roll wrapper sliced into ribbons
- oil for frying
- .....
- Asian Dressing
- 2 c. seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 / 12 c. sesame oil
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 1 heaping T. black pepper
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 T. sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
mix firs set of ingredients in a large bowl. heat oil and fry egg roll wrapper until crispy and lightly brown. drain on paper towel. pour dressing over salad and mix well. place on large plate and pile fried egg roll wrappers on top. serves 1
Option- delete wrapper and sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds and sesame seeds.

For dressing
put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until sugar is mixed in. Pour into a lidded container. Dressing separates as it sits so shake well before pouring over salad.
