Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 small chopped onion
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- salt + pepper to taste
- pinch of cayenne
- 4 potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a skillet brown ground beef with mushrooms and onion.
3. In a mixing bowl combine milk, cream of mushroom soup, beef bouillon, salt + pepper and cayenne.
4. In an 8-by-12 casserole baking dish, add sliced potatoes on bottom.
5. Add milk/soup mixture on top of the potatoes.
6. Add ground beef mixture on top.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
8. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes.
