Ingredients
- White Sauce:
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup fine cracker crumbs
- light salt and pepper
- 2 T. flour
- 2 T. melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, separated

Step 1
Heat butter and flour together. Add milk. Cook over low heat till mi9xture boils and is thick. Remove from heat. Beat in egg yolk.
Pour sauce into tuna mixture. Blend and chill (to handle and shape better). Shape tuna into balls. Dip into beaten egg whites and cracker crumbs. Fry?
