Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- 10 ounces sweet and sour sauce, LaChoy
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, drained (reserve 1/4 cup juice)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 32 ounces of frozen stir fry vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
1 Cut the raw chicken breast into bite sized pieces. 2 Spray your crock-pot with cooking spray. 3 Add chicken, garlic powder and onion powder; stir. 4 Stir in sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, brown sugar and the 1/4 cup of pineapple juice. 5 Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. 6 Add frozen vegetables during the last 30 minutes of cooking and cook on high. 7 Makes four servings at 5 WW pts per serving.
