Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and salt
Add milk and vanilla (strain into bowl)
Sprinkle with nutmeg

Butter bowl and add ingredients.

Set in pan of hot water

Oven 350
Bake 35-40 minutes
