Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery - chopped
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- ham bones with meat or leftover ham
- 1 cup barley
- 1 bouillon cube - beef
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 16 cups water
- 1 can mushrooms - or use fresh
- 9 ounces frozen green beans
