Ingredients
- Gooey ingredients:
- 4 cups peaches
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Crispy topping ingredients:
- 2/3 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2/3 cup oats
- 3/4 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Add peaches, flour, sugar, salt and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until combined.
In a separate bowl, add flour, brown sugar, oats, pecans, cinnamon, butter and salt. Use an electric mixer to stir the ingredients together.

Spray a glass baking dish generously with cooking oil. Pour in the peaches and distribute evenly throughout the pan followed by the topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve.
