- 1 cup roasted and salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 2 1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine peanuts, sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool on pan. After mixture cools, break it apart slightly. In the top of a couple boiler, melt together the chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanuts. Refrigerate until hard. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes approx. 4 cups of bark pieces.
